Ever wondered how to sew in a zipper but didn’t know where to start? This beginner-friendly sewing workshop is the perfect introduction to using a sewing machine while creating something fun and functional.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how a sewing machine works—from threading the needle to selecting stitches—and gain confidence through guided practice. Then, you’ll put your new skills to use by making your very own custom zipper pouch, perfect for storing sewing notions, art supplies, or other treasures.
No prior sewing experience is required. Whether you're brand new or need a refresher, this is a welcoming space to learn the basics at your own pace. All materials and machines are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own machine if you'd like to learn on it.
Leave with a handmade pouch, new skills, and the confidence to keep sewing!
