In this feline-focused workshop, participants create their own goyangi (고양이) - the Korean word for cat - portrait utilizing calligraphic ink and brush painting techniques on rice paper. the course offers an introduction to ink painting basics including brush positioning, speed and the use of water in creating gradients. participants are encouraged to experiment outside of these traditional teachings, embracing different tools and forms of mark-making to create their purrfect kitty.
